Orders
Orders are processed in order of receipt. Orders will be processed within 3 business days of receiving them, however if payment is made by cheque, your items will only be sent once cheques have cleared.
Orders cannot be dispatched until payment has been made in full.
Orders can also be placed by phone, fax, regular mail and Email.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock and you would like us to advise you when it is back in stock please contact us to arrange.
Cancellation
Orders must be cancelled in writing by way of surface mail, fax or e-mail. No cancellation will be deemed valid until Feature Art has received the cancellation notice.
